About

Turning technical expertise into professional influence

My Tech English helps software developers and IT professionals communicate with the same confidence and precision they bring to the systems they build — through coaching in communication, leadership, and workplace English.

01 — The program

Built for technology professionals, not generic learners

Most highly skilled developers and IT professionals hit a point where communication — not technical ability — becomes the limiting factor in career growth. Leading Agile meetings, presenting architectural decisions, collaborating with international teams, writing clear updates, navigating stakeholder calls and interviews — communication is what determines visibility, trust, and leadership opportunities.

Every plan starts from your intake form. We map your role, tools, goals and the moments where English is the bottleneck, then design targeted sessions around your real workplace context.

  • English for software engineers & developers
  • Communication for tech leads & engineering managers
  • Agile, Scrum & project communication
  • Technical presentations & sprint demos
  • Stakeholder & client communication
  • Technical interview preparation
  • Writing for email, Slack, Jira & docs
  • Pronunciation & clarity for global teams
  • Leadership communication & influence
02 — The founder

Hi, I'm Divine Biyeh

Divine Biyeh, founder of My Tech English

I'm an English Communication Coach, Instructional Designer, and Technical Communication Specialist working at the intersection of language, technology, and professional development. My mission is simple: transform technical expertise into professional influence.

Drawing on a background in Information Technology, English language education, and curriculum design, I build highly targeted learning experiences for tech professionals — not generic language exercises. Beyond 1:1 coaching, I design curricula, assessments, and professional development programs that produce measurable workplace outcomes.

I believe communication is not a soft skill — it's a career acceleration skill. My work helps technical professionals communicate clearly, lead confidently, and create opportunities that match their technical capabilities.
